Lido di Conca dei Marini
The lido sits at the foot of Capo di Conca, reached by two vintage jeep rides down the mountain and a final descent on foot — a sequence that keeps the crowds honest. What you find at the bottom is a concrete strip no longer than 120 metres, sheltered from westerly winds by the cape itself and shadowed by steep cliffs from early afternoon onward. The water is clean and the beach supervised, but the setting is the thing: the Torre Saracena rising above on its vegetated promontory, the Grotta dello Smeraldo a short distance along the coast.
This is a hotel-owned lido, so you pay for your umbrella and sunbed — anywhere from €10 to €50 depending on position — and in return get showers, changing cabins, a bar, and a restaurant. It is not a wild beach. It is a particular kind of Amalfi Coast afternoon.

The story behind Lido di Conca dei Marini
Conca dei Marini traces its origins to an Etruscan settlement, later taken by Rome in 272 BC and subsequently drawn into the trading orbit of the Republic of Amalfi. The promontory where the lido now sits was shaped by a different kind of history: in 1543, Turkish pirates sacked the town, and the response — decades later — was the Torre Saracena, a watch tower completed in 1563 as part of a coastal defence network commissioned by the viceroy of Naples against Saracen and Corsican raids.
The port kept modest trade routes alive into the 19th century and housed a working tonnara — a tuna-fishing operation — until 1956. The lido as it stands today is a modern facility, but it occupies ground that was, for centuries, a working edge of the sea.

Great beach club, not too crowded. Reasonable prices - €12 per chair and €6 for an umbrella. It’s not crowded so that was pleasant. The water is very clear and there’s a diving platform you jump off of. There’s no beach though it’s more of a ledge into the ocean so don’t expect sand. Also, the water is deep so be prepared to not touch the ground. The water does get a bit choppy because of the boats but that’s everywhere. Also, the food there is affordable as well - they have sandwiches and salads under €10. They just don’t have much options (but we weren’t looking for a dining experience so we didn’t care about that. Parking is €5 an hour or €30 a day. But be aware they charge you for a full hour so we got there at 12:30 and left at 3:30 but they charge you as if you got there at 12 and left at 4. Service was very good throughout from the parking attendants to the servers, everyone was very nice and pleasant to talk to. The one thing that could be improved though is the bathroom situation.
Perfect place for spending a hot summer day, friendly staff, reasonable prices and an astonishing private beach. Overall it can get expensive, but considering that we were 4 people and with a car parking, 84 eur for a day pass with beds and umbrelas it isn't that bad. Once inside you can eat and drink your own stuff and prices are reasonable. I would suggest going early as they close at 17:30, and don't miss going up to the tower, the views from up there are amazing!
great experience at the beach club! loved the valet parking for our car and the jeep ride to the bottom of the hill! prices at the bar / restaurant were super reasonable. views were stunning and we loved the diving board and areas to jump in the water. definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the area!
We arrived at the private beach at a cost of 17 euros per person, including a chair and umbrella. The service includes transportation from the apartment to the nearby town and back. You can get a bottle of water and a towel at an additional nominal cost. Instead of a restaurant, we just had a fruit plate and a smoothie and it was great. The prices are reasonable. The service is kind. The place is simply lovely and worth the cost!! There is also a small pool. In my opinion less suitable for small children.
Best way to get some solitude and amazing area to swim. This place is awesome for spending the day on the Amalfi coast. You absolutely will NOT regret spending your day here. It’s sooo nice and comfy and relaxing and cool and way better than any other Instagram beach, this is a hidden gem.
