Cancellation & changes

You book with the provider — so cancellations and changes are arranged there. We'll explain how.

Who did you book with?

Yeppa is a comparison platform: you find and compare travel offerings with us, but you make the booking directly with the provider. Yeppa doesn't sell anything itself and is not a party to your booking. As a result, cancellations, changes and refunds go through that provider and their conditions and cancellation deadlines apply.

Cancelling or changing something

  • Find the confirmation or invoice from the provider you booked with.
  • Check the cancellation and change policy on that provider's website.
  • Submit your cancellation or change to the provider and follow their steps for a refund.

Your legal rights

Specific cancellation conditions often apply to travel and accommodations, and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is legally excluded for many travel services (such as accommodations, transport and tickets with a fixed date). Which rights and time frames apply to you depends on what you booked. You exercise these rights with the party you booked with — the provider. So always check the provider's cancellation conditions before you book.

Yeppa doesn't sell anything itself

Yeppa has no bookings, inventory or trips of its own and never acts as a seller or tour operator itself. You always pay and book with the provider, and cancellation and refunds proceed via the conditions of that provider. We send you on to the provider via an affiliate link; after that the contract lies entirely with them.
