Article 1 — Definitions

• Yeppa: Yeppa, the operator of the platform at yeppa.com.
• Platform: the website and services of Yeppa on which travel offerings and providers are compared and shown.
• Provider: a third party — such as an accommodation, activity provider, ticket seller or tour operator — whose offering is displayed on the platform.
• Visitor: any user of the platform.

Article 2 — Our service

Yeppa is a comparison platform. We bring together the offerings of different providers and help you find the booking that suits you best. Yeppa doesn't sell anything itself and is not a party to the contract: that is formed between you and the provider you book with. We have no bookings, inventory, transport or trips of our own.

Article 3 — Affiliate disclaimer

Yeppa shows third-party offerings and sends you on to the provider via affiliate links. When you book via such a link, we receive a commission in some cases from the provider or from an affiliate network. This involves no extra costs for you and has no effect on the price you pay at the provider. Yeppa is and remains not a party to the contract between you and the provider; that contract, and its performance, falls entirely under the responsibility and the terms of the provider.

Article 4 — Travel information and prices

Travel information, availability and prices on the platform come from the providers and their partners. We aim for the most up-to-date overview possible, but this data is indicative and may differ from the information on the provider's website at the time of booking. No rights can be derived from the information on the platform. Always check the price, availability and conditions with the relevant provider before you book.

Article 5 — Use of the platform

You use the platform in a normal and careful manner. It is not permitted to collect the platform or the displayed data in an automated way (scraping), to disrupt it or to use it for unlawful purposes.

Article 6 — Intellectual property

The design, texts, software and composition of the platform are the property of Yeppa or its licensors. Brand and trade names and images may belong to the relevant providers or brands. Nothing from the platform may be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Article 7 — Liability

Yeppa is not liable for inaccuracies in travel information, prices or availability, nor for the performance of a contract between you and a provider. Complaints about your booking, your stay, a change or a cancellation are handled with the provider you booked with. Our liability is at all times limited to what is legally permitted.

Article 8 — Privacy

Our privacy policy applies to the use of the platform. There you can read which personal data we process and why.

Article 9 — Changes

Yeppa may amend these terms and the platform from time to time. The most current version is always available on this page.
