La Grange at Billy Bob's, Disney Village
Disney Village – the free-entry entertainment district just outside the park gates – is easy to dismiss as a tourist trap, but Billy Bob's Country Western Saloon hides a genuinely satisfying Tex-Mex and BBQ kitchen called La Grange that feeds hungry adults well after the parks close. Think slow-cooked pork ribs, loaded nachos, and draught beer served in a barn the size of an aircraft hangar.
What to Order
The pork spare ribs with bourbon glaze are the standout dish – properly smoky, falling off the bone, and served with cornbread and coleslaw that hold their own. The pulled-chicken burger is a reliable backup, and the sweet-potato fries are crisp enough to convert sceptics.
Skip the frozen margaritas (too sweet) and go straight for a pint of Desperados or a Lone Star lager. If you're a group, the sharing platter for four is exceptional value and arrives on a wooden board that makes for a great table-side photo.
Timing and Atmosphere
Billy Bob's opens most evenings until midnight and occasionally hosts live country and rock bands on a raised stage at the back – check the Disney Village events calendar on the Disneyland Paris website. The music is loud but not oppressive, and the dancefloor fills up around 10 pm, giving the whole place an energy that feels nothing like a theme-park restaurant.
Because Disney Village is outside the paid park perimeter, you can walk straight in from the RER A station or your hotel without a ticket. It's a smart option for a first or last night when you don't want to cook or pay hotel prices.
